  • Began without knowing the outcome, taking it day by day and meal by meal.

June 2021: After one year, I lost 27 pounds.

June 2021 to June 2022:

  • Continued progress, losing 5 more pounds.

June 2022 to January 2023:

Experienced a plateau, and decided to hire a health coach for guidance.

June 2022: Created the 5050 dish.

January 2023 to May 2023:

With the help of a health coach and daily walks wearing a weighted vest, lost an additional 18 pounds.

May 2023:

Reached a 50-pound weight loss milestone!

Current Focus (2023 onwards): Now maintaining 50-pound weight loss through eating simple, moving daily and being consistent.

fruits and vegetables from her home garden, lives minimally, and
educates others on eco-friendly living.
