Starch Solution Approved Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons organic sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
Directions:
- Add your frozen bananas and oats to your blender
- Add your baking powder, salt, and sugar to your blender
- Add in your almond and vanilla extract
- Add in your cinnamon
- Combine your non-dairy milk with apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl and add that into your blender
- Blend all of your ingredients
- Heat up your pan so that it’s hot enough to toast your pancake on the first side (prevents sticking)
- Pour your mixture onto your pan to create a circle shape (thin is better than a thick circle)
- Once you see your pancake bubbling, it’s time to flip
- I’d recommend using a large spatula to flip your pancakes And if you ever pick up the excess batter on your spatula, clean it off with a cloth so that it doesn’t stick to the pancakes
When you’ve used up all of your batter, you’re ready to plate and enjoy! 😋
