Oil-Free, Vegan Cinnamon Rolls Recipe | Starch Solution Treat

It all started when I had leftover pizza dough... Haha! When my dinner plans changed one night, I had to think of a way to re-purpose my dough. I'm excited to share this delicious Starch Solution-approved Cinnamon Rolls Recipe with you. 🤩

Homemade Pizza Dough Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rapid yeast

  • Roll out your dough and make it thin and wide
  • Spread your Cinnamon Roll Filling on one side of your dough
  • Carefully roll your dough (with the mixture on the inner part)
  • And let rest for 5-10 minutes
  • Carefully slice your rolls to your desired thickness
  • Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes (or until dough is golden brown)

Cinnamon Roll Filling


  • 6 dates
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cinnamon
  • ¼ cup apple sauce


  • Blend your ingredients in a food processor

Dairy-Free Icing


  • Equal parts non-dairy milk and powdered sugar
  • Mix the two ingredients together until you get your desired consistency
  • If you want the mixture thinner, use more milk
