Oil-Free Buns, A Starch Solution Approved Bread Recipe

As you may know, my life has changed A LOT over the last year. I find myself trying new things, exploring new skills, and tasting new recipes.

Bread-making is one of my favorite hobbies.

I'm so excited to share this Oil-Free Buns Recipe with you!

It warms my heart and I know it'll warm up your home too.

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Non-Dairy Milk
  • 200g Water
  • 120g Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt 1/2
  • 3/4 Tablespoon Instant Yeast

Directions:
I made it in my bread maker but you can mix everything, let it rise for 4-6 hours, and then shape your buns!
Then, pop into your oven in a 5.5 qt dutch oven (with the lid on). 

Remove lid and bake for 5-10 mins. Let cool for 1 hour. And enjoy!
