Hi friend! Today, I’m sharing the most indulgent pasta recipe ever! I hope you love it.
You’ll need:
½ of an onion (diced)
Pinch of minced garlic
2-3 cups of veggie broth
Lemon juice
Pasta of your choice
Plant milk
Optionally, add in a leafy green to cook down (spinach or kale)
Instructions:
Sautee your garlic and onion. (If they ever start to stick to your pan, use a small amount of water to reduce sticking.) When that mixture is caramelized, add in your veggie broth and bring to a boil.
To your boiling broth, add in your pasta of choice and cook thoroughly.
When your pasta has absorbed the broth, add in about ¼ cup of your plant milk and your leafy greens.
Allow your greens to cook down and then, you’re ready to serve!
