One of my favorite meals to keep in my freezer at all times is this veggie burger!
It's starch solution approved and SO tasty.
I'm excited to share this recipe with you.
Hereโs the recipe:
๐ The Best Veggie Burger Recipe ๐
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cup roasted red bell peppers
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, plus more as needed
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon vegan
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Benson seasoning
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until the consistency is thick and moldable (too runny will be too hard to shape, too thick will taste dry)
- Once the mixture is moldable, take a handful of the mixture and begin to shape the patty
- Place your patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes
