Simple and Delicious Starch Solution Chili Recipe

Hi friend! Welcome back.

Today, I'm sharing a simple but so delicious Starch Solution Chili Recipe with you.

This recipe is perfect to keep in your fridge to eat on its own or to top your potatoes during the week!

Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Veggie broth (to prevent sticking)
  • 2 cups of diced peppers (whatever color you like)
  • Chili powder Garlic powder Salt (to taste)
  • 2 cans of tri beans (or kidney beans if you’d prefer a simple chili)
  • 1 large can (20oz) of crushed fire-roasted tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes if you can’t find these in your grocery store)
  • ½ to 1 full can of tomato paste (for a thicker consistency)

Directions:

  • Sautee your onion and garlic until caramelized
  • Add in your diced peppers and cook until softened
  • Season your mixture with garlic powder, chili powder, and salt
  • Then, add in your drained beans and your tomatoes
  • Once your mixture is incorporated, add in your tomato paste
  • *If your chili is a little too thick, feel free to add in ½ a cup or so of water
  • Let your chili cook for about 10 minutes and serve. 😋
