Thank you for coming back to my website. Today, I’m extremely excited to share my very own Cheese Sauce Recipe with you!
I’ve tried so many different cheese sauce recipes but I could never find any that didn’t have cashews as the base or anything that truly satisfied my craving.
Until I created a recipe of my own. 🙌
This Starch Solution Cheese Sauce is low-fat, nut-free, dairy-free, and of course, Starch Solution approved!

Here’s what you need:
2 steamed yellow potatoes
1/2 cup of water
1/2 block of soft tofu
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp Better Than Boullion (Vegetable)
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp turmeric
Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until your mixture is smooth and creamy.
If you want your sauce saltier, add 1 TBSP of Better Than Boullion instead of 1 TSP.
Use this sauce as a potato topping, veggie topping, or dip for your favorite snacks!
